The vision may be a little blurry for the first few hours after Surgery (LASIK) but most patients report clear vision within a few hours to days after LASIK. Some patients may experience mild discomfort which is easily relieved by medication. Patients are encouraged to rest for a day after the surgery.
Your surgeon will explain the precautions to be observed following LASIK.
You must also come diligently for all the follow-up visits – the day after surgery i.e. day 1, one week after surgery, one month, 3 months and 6 months post LASIK.
