Keeping alive the tradition of philanthropy started by Dr. S.P. Shroff, and to fulfil the Vision of serving all sections of society, Shroff Eye Centre’s facilities are made available to the weaker sections of society via the Dr. Minoo Shroff Memorial Trust.
Started in 2009, in remembrance of our founder Dr. Minoo Shroff, all charitable activities of Shroff Eye Centre are carried out through the Dr. Minoo Shroff Memorial Trust.
An outpatient clinic is being run to serve the underprivileged section of society at the charitable dispensary located in Zamrudpur village, Delhi, run by Delhi Commonwealth Women’s Association (DCWA). Under the expert guidance of Prof. Ritu Arora, Dr. Shubha Mehta, Dr. Varshini Shanker, Dr. Apoorva Agrawal and Dr. Niloufer Shroff, the trust has been able to help thousands of patients.
Over seventy thousand patients have been screened and more than fifteen thousand eye surgeries and procedures have been carried out.
Patients examined at the charitable dispensary requiring further specialised examination, investigation or treatment are also seen at Shroff Eye Centre.
Many activities of the Minoo Shroff Memorial trust are possible because of the generosity of several benefactors. Shroff Eye Centre is indebted to all the donors who assist in enabling the charitable work to be carried out.
The Trust also helps in creating awareness regarding eye diseases and their prevention through camps, exhibitions and seminars across Delhi NCR.

Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital
In addition, Dr. Noshir Shroff, Dr. Cyrus Shroff, and Dr. Daraius Shroff are Trustees, as well as, Senior consultants and Advisers of the Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital (SCEH), Daryaganj. The vision of the hospital is to have a major impact on blindness eradication in India, especially among the poor, by building an accessible, self-sufficient model institution, which has internationally approved performance standards and is focused on quality, excellence, and patient care.
