What inspired you to do ophthalmology?
I went to collect the post graduation entrance exam forms at Sankara Nethralaya for a friend. When I walked into the hospital and saw the hundreds of patients, the imposing buildings, cutting edge technology and most of all, the dedicated staff, I immediately wanted to belong there and be a part of the story. I was fortunate enough to clear the exam with my friend and spend six years training and working in Sankara Nethralaya.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy Reading, Yoga, Minimalism, relearning school Maths and waiting for George RR Martin to finally finish the Song of Ice and Fire.
