What inspired you to do ophthalmology?

While I was still doing MBBS my mother had to undergo a series of surgeries to save her eyesight . That is when my interest in Ophthalomology started. When I was accepted at the prestigious PGIMER Chandigarh to pursue MS Ophthalomology no one was more happy than my mother and now she has the entire family of SEC doctors to take care of her eyes!

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I am an avid reader and a yoga enthusiast.
