I did my graduation & postgtaduation - MBBS &MS- from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi and a Fellowship in Oculoplasty from one of the best centres in India- Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.

What are your areas of interest in Oculoplasty?

Improving the predictability of ptosis repair.

What inspired you to do ophthalmology?

I enjoyed surgery and wanted to take a surgical branch but didn’t really want to do emergencies. Ophthalmology fit my criteria and I also enjoyed it- so that’s what I did!

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I've realized that I like doing work which a computer programmer would have done. That kind of work is quite logical and has to be accurate- so I love doing this when free.
