| CATARACT & IOL SURGERY |
|
 Including
state-of-the-art small incision & micro-incision sutureless cataract
surgery (Phacoemulsification) and foldable intraocular lens implantation
including Aberration-free IOLs and Multifocal IOLs. YAG laser capsulotomy
for treatment of after-cataract. |

| REFRACTIVE SURGERY (LASIK / CUSTOM
LASIK / Epi-LASIK / ICL) |
|
 Laser
vision correction of refractive errors (Myopia, Hypermetropia and
Astigmatism) including customized LASIK with the state-of-the-art
Star S4 Excimer Laser system. The ultimate in laser vision correction,
the 100% blade-free all-laser i-LASIK femtosecond Intralase technology
is now available at Shroff Eye Centre. Patients not suitable for LASIK
have the option of undergoing Epi-LASIK or Implantable Contact Lens
(ICL). |

modalities for glaucoma including laser (YAG laser iridotomy, Selective
Laser Trabeculoplasty) & microsurgery (Trabeculectomy & Drainage Valve
surgery) |

| RETINA & VITREOUS |
|
 Treatment
of various retinopathies like Diabetic Retinopathy, Eales' Disease,
Venous Occlusions, Central Serous Retinopathy and Retinopathy of Prematurity
using Green & Red Lasers with slit-lamp & indirect ophthalmoscopic
laser delivery. Transpupillary Thermo Therapy (TTT), Photodynamic
Therapy (PDT) and the use of anti-VEGF agents (Avastin & Lucentis)
for Subfoveal Neovascular membranes in aging macular degeneration,
myopia and other degenerations. Advanced Vitreoretinal microsurgery
including use of silicone oil and perfluorocarbons for complicated
retinal detachment, complicated diabetic cases, surgery for complicated
cases of posterior segment trauma, sub macular surgery, and macular
hole surgery. |

| Low vision aids clinic offers rehabilitative services
to patients with low vision in the form of various optical magnifiers,
telescopes and electronic low vision aids. |

| CONTACT LENS SERVICE |
|
| Soft contact lenses (including disposable), Toric contact
lenses, Cosmetic contact lenses, Rigid Gas-permeable (semi-soft) contact
lenses |
|
If surgical procedure is indicated, the patient will be advised admission in the nursing home and treated as an in-patient for carrying out the appropriate surgical management in the operation theatre. |
